• All above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge & 7% VAT.
• Welcome drinks & scene cold towel.
• Child Policy:
  - Child under 5 years old are free of charge for breakfast when sharing room with parents. (no extra bed)
  - Child 5 years old to 12 years old a 50% charge for breakfast rate when sharing room with parents. (no extra bed)
  - Child over 12 years old a 100% charge.
  - Maximum 1 child is allowed to share room with parents with no extra bed.
• Check-in time is 14.00 hrs. And Check-out time is 12.00 hrs.
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
  All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 45 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

• No show: total payment will be charged.

• Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
